Digital Product Policy
All sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (download link or access provided), we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions
A refund may only be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- The download file is completely corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You did not receive the download link after purchase
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
